The following
is the majority of a Post directed to someone else to a "Christian" Depression
message board. I took the liberty to respond to it, and the person and I wrote
back and forth several times......these letters were written back in March '99.
After spending over a year sharing God's Word with this person and others
there, His Word just constantly fell on deaf ears,some were helped, but the
"regulars" would not receive it, therefore, God told me to take my peace back
with me, and dust my feet off........I have not ministered there since. Here is
what was said...........

Let me ask you a question? How many
believers since the Apostles, and coming down through the centuries up to the
last person to die before the Lord comes the second time, have you personally
known to be alive at this time? After all, if being healed is indeed only our
will and positive statements of scripture about God healing us, why wouldn't
there be older and mature believers around, and living at this time, since the
first century A.D.?
Or, is it not just up to our firm
belief and positive statements of scripture and our will, but also up to God's
will for each of our individual lives? Which is it? To answer the scripture of
Isaiah 40:29, is this wonderful scripture only referring to physical things, or
could it be addressed to spiritual or psychological things?
You quote from many scriptures,
and it seems to me, that you are only referring to the physical side of life,
but never the spiritual or emotional/psychological side of the believer. For
instance, is Psalms 107:20, James 5:16, Mark 11:23 & 24, and some of your
other quotes only referring to the physical side of health, or might it just be
talking of spiritual life and the emotional/psychological side of life?
It is very interesting to me for
you to quote from the book of Job. You stated that because Job said what he
feared had come upon him, that negative sentences which are openly declared will
bring on those things we fear?
Perhaps you might want to further
read the book of Job, especially with regard to his three friends. His three
friends made many accusations against Job. One very basic accusation that they
continued to make was that Job must have been living out of God's will (see Job
4:4-11) and was suffering from his ailments and the death of his children
because Job was not close to God.
However, after one reads of all of
the accusations that Job's three friends made to him and how they accused Job
that all of his problems stemmed out of God's punishment, because Job might have
been the problem all along, God finally tells Job's friends that God is angry
with them because they have "not spoken of me what is right, as my servant Job
has."
In other words, God required Job to
pray for his three friends because God would not "deal with them' (the three
friends) 'according to their folly. You have not spoken to me what is right, as
my servant Job has." (Job 42:8b). Job, according to God, said what was correct
and right in God's eyes.
God has promised to do many mighty
miracles of healing for those who are sick. He has done many that I have
personally witnessed. However, I have never seen anyone raised from the dead,
have you (if so, please provide the documentation because I belong to a group
that, for reasons of faith, interviews those who have had miracles of healing
done on them)? However, I have seen Jesus heal people of horrible strokes (my
mother was healed of one), of heart diseases (my dad), and many other illnesses
that people have had. I have also known right-on, believing, and awesome
witnesses for the Lord die for what seems like no reason at all. Remember when
Paul asked the Lord to heal him of his "thorn in the flesh."
Did Jesus heal him right away, or
promise that he would be healed later on, or did Jesus refuse to heal Paul, and
said that God's grace would be sufficient for Paul? You have the very text in
scripture which clearly shows that Jesus refused to heal Paul.
Also, what do you use as scripture of
those people who have suffered tremendously for the Lord? Stephan (Acts chapter
7) was filled with the Holy Spirit, saw Jesus on the right hand (meaning he saw
Jesus' authority) of God, looked as if he had an angelic face, and boldly
witnessing for the Lord to the Sanhedrin, yet God was going to allow him to die
from the stoning that was to eventually kill him. Did Stephan fail because he
was not healed?
Lastly, you have told us that in
your experience, you have seen many who have found ways to hold on to their
illnesses. Funny, I have experienced hundreds, if not more, of people since 1971
(my salvation year) who would love to give up their illnesses for a much
healthier life.
I have personally known people,
all Christians, who have died from cancer, died from falling off a horse, that
have diabetes, major heart problems, and as you say, "whatever ails them", who
are/were very mature believers, who either have or had great ministries for
Jesus, Yet they still suffered from what ailed them and many, many have died
from their diseases. Were they personally at fault in contracting their disease
because they were not strong enough believers, or is there another reason that
God has allowed these events to happen to them? (Job 1:1-22 & 2:1-10)
I would love to continue to chat with
you if you wish. I think it is important to discuss proper hermeneutics with
other believers. And, I also think it to be very important that believers are
not assailed by those who believe that whatever happens to them, that somehow it
is a fault of theirs. Sometimes it might be, but the majority of the times it is
not their fault. By the way, have you ever been ill?
Oh, yes, one more thing about a
scripture that you quoted. You quoted from Proverbs 40:20-22, but I think you
might want to look at "Proverbs 40:20-22" again because there is no Proverbs
40:22-24. Perhaps you are referring to Proverbs 4:22-24? Proverbs 4:20-22 can
refer to psychological, spiritual, and physical causes, just look it up.
Well, please post again as I would love
to continue our dialogue, but would love for it to be postings on this category,
and not through email.

Here is
where I began writing, on this particular subject....I titled this post," Point
of interest-Fact"
Hi all,
Just thought you all might like to
know that according to the KJV of the Bible, there are 466 verses on Deliverance
and Healing. Also if I may respond to Fred, about Job and Stephen....God not
only healed Job of all of his afflictions, but God restored to Job TWICE
everything he had before. And as for Stephen, Stephen received the Greatest
Healing of ALL! He was made absent of the body and present with the Lord, where
he received his new glorified body, where he will never have sickness or disease
or affliction and certainly not death by stoning.
Which is where we all want to
end our road. How God chooses to heal us, is not our focus. Trusting God though,
to be a keeper of His Word and to perform His Word that is our focus. To BELIEVE
that He will do what He says He will do, and to bring His Word to His
remembrance according to the Prophet Isaiah.
I don't think there is any room for
a misinterpretation of a healing Scripture or a penalty if you believe God.
God's Word clearly states that Jesus received 39 Stripes on His back for our
Healing, and that by His Stripes we ARE HEALED. If you read the Scripture, in
the 53rd chapter of Isaiah, you will see no small print or clause excluding any
one thing. Jesus said that Whosoever prays believing, in his heart without
doubt, he shall receive whatsoever he says. There is no small print on the
bottom of that page either, nor is there any disclaimer of any sort.
The only disclaimer is that which
is made in the mind of anyone who refuses to put their trust ultimately in God's
Word, and not in the reasoning of their own mind.

I agree with you on Job's double
blessings at the end of his trial. God did give him the reward at the end and
Job was twice as rich as before. My comment about Job was that Job's friends,
according to God, were in error when they tried to blame Job for his problems.
You will remember that they told Job that he was suffering because he was not
right in God's eyes (Job 4:1-9). God called them to be wrong, not Job.
Also, Stephan did receive the
ultimate reward by going home to be with Jesus, which we all look forward to one
day. But, if you reread my comment, you will notice that Stephan did not get
healed while here, but it was God's will to take Stephan home instead. If God is
obligated to heal us, as you claim, then why do wonderful, God fearing,
spirit-filled believers continue to die, if all they have to do is believe with
all of their hearts and souls that Jesus will absolutely, in their time, heal
them?
Also, would you kindly explain 1st John
5:13-15, where it says that God will hear us whenever we pray a prayer
"according to God's will", not just ours.

You and I have had this conversation
about Isaiah 53:5b before. You claim, without any scriptural investigation, that
Jesus healed us all physically because "by his stripes we were healed." We were
healed, at least those who have chosen to believe in Him (all believers), but
the scripture at that point is not talking about a physical healing, or anything
resembling a physical healing. Read the entire 4th and 5th verses. Here they
are. "Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we
considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was
pierced for our transgressions' (sins), 'he was crushed for our iniquities'
(more sins); 'the punishment that brought us peace' (peace because we have been
forgiven) was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed." (Healed from our
condemnation of our previous sins, not guarantee physical healing as you seem to
be saying).
And, as I said to you before, what
about 1st John 5: 13-15, where the Holy Spirit says through John, "I write these
things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know
that you have eternal life. This is the confidence we have in approaching God;
that if we ask anything according to HIS WILL, he hears us. And if we know that
he hears us-whatever we ask-we know that we have what we asked of him."
So, it is not just what we might wish
for or believe for, but it has to be in line with what God wants for our lives,
and then he will answer our prayers.

Dear Fred,
I don't understand the connection
between God's Promises, that are clearly written in His Word, and Job's
"friend's" condemnations. I don't think anyone was condemning anyone, but rather
pointing out that God's promises belong to ANYONE who BELIEVES. You also said
that:

You mention Job's monetary
blessings, but you didn't admit to Job's complete bodily healing and
restoration. And as far as Stephen goes, no one was asked to prove that Stephen
was healed on the earth and continued about his earthly life, but whether or not
he was healed. And as I stated, Stephen received the Greatest Healing of All,
which was to be absent of his earthly body, and present with the Lord in his new
and glorified body. Hallelujah!!! As I stated before, our focus should not be on
HOW the Lord should heal us, but that HE WILL, according to His promises.
God said as was pointed out by U2,
in Exodus, " I AM THE LORD THAT HEALS THEE."
So, that should answer your last
question which was

I will quote the whole verses, of 1
John 5:13-15.
"These things I have written to you
who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have
eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of
God. Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask ANYTHING
according to His Will, He hears us. And if He hears us, WHATEVER we ask, we KNOW
that WE HAVE the petitions that we have asked of Him." (which if we ask
according to His written promises in the Word then we are asking according to
His Will, which is why He revealed His written Word to us.)
I am glad you brought that
Scripture to light Fred, it is one of God's most wonderful promises to us.

It is surely God's Will that we be
healed, in our Spirits, in our minds, and in our bodies. Jesus says many times,
"BE MADE WHOLE" that means Spirit, MIND and Body.
We know that if we pray according
to His Word than we are praying according to His Will, and it is great once you
gain that knowledge, because you never have to guess or wonder what God's Will
is, all you have to do, is look up His Will on the matter in His word, because
God Never Changes.
Hallelujah! His Word tells us that
He is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever! Of course if you need specific
guidance in making a decision or something like that you will have to get into
your prayer closet and seek His face, and He will reveal His secrets to you
there, according to His Word in the book of John, I believe it is. But God has
clearly stated His Will on all matters of sickness whether they be of the
spirit, the mind or the body. There was NO SICKNESS in the Garden of Eden. Jesus
came and everything He did was to restore to us the Life that we originally were
supposed to have before the fall, and to restore to us, the relationship that
Adam and Eve once had with God the Father. That is why it states in the Book of
Isaiah, all that Christ came for and every place He defeated satan. And we are
to walk in the victory of that knowledge and cast down every vain imagination
that looks to exalt itself against the knowledge of Christ. (I will provide a
reference for that Scripture if you like) In other words, any thoughts that say
the opposite of God's promises, or that are opposite of the Victory that was won
on the cross. If they are opposite of what God says is yours, then they must be
cast down, because they are lies from the devil, trying to keep people from
knowing the Truth and claiming the promises of their inheritance.
If satan can keep you from
believing that those promises are for you, he can keep you under the power of
his demonic oppression. That is the bottom line.
I feel a burden to pray so, I am
going to pray now Fred.
Father in the
name of Jesus, I thank you, I thank you Lord for your Word, and I thank you for
sending your dear Son to defeat satan, and that through the Name of Jesus, and
the Power of our testimony of your Word Lord, we too, are made Victors, through
the shed blood of Jesus Christ! Satan, I speak you now, and I say to you that
you are exposed in this area. I expose you satan, you and all of your weapons of
trickery and your deceit. And I claim my inheritance, and I walk in the
authority and the dominion that has been given to me by the Name of Jesus
Christ! He that is in me is stronger than you that are of the world, satan. I
bind your power Satan, and I break every yoke of bondage, and I bind every
religious spirit in Jesus name! I call the vails lifted and the blind eyes open,
and the ears of the deaf to hear in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You are a
defeated foe satan and your end is written! Hallelujah! I bind every anti-Christ
Spirit, and every lying spirit, and every spirit of witchcraft, in the name of
Jesus, and in the name of Jesus I loose the spirit of Truth, and the spirit of
Light, I loose the spirit of Peace into this room. In the name of Jesus, I loose
the spirit of Joy, and I bind the spirit of darkness in Jesus name. I loose you
of your assignment in this place devil, and I break every assignment of the
enemy that is now being formed against us. I break every yoke of unbelief, and I
call on the ministering spirits of God to go now, and minister to all here in
Jesus name. Ministering spirits of God go forth and minister into the ears of
them, who love the Father. Lord, I ask you to encamp your angels round about
your dear ones, and protect them from harm. Protect Lord your seed, from falling
out any cracks or weakened areas Lord. Bind up those weakened areas, seal up
those cracks, strengthen them Lord, gird them with Truth Father. Be watchful of
your Word to perform it Lord, in all that believe Lord. Thank you Lord, for
sharing with us all of the Word that you desired to speak to us Lord, that
whosoever seeks you will find you Lord, that you are a loving Father , and
according to your word, will not withhold any good thing from them that Love
you, but that you will give abundantly even more than we can ask or think,
according to your Word Lord. You said it Father, and I believe it Lord, and I
stand in the gap on behalf of my brothers and sisters who are weakened by the
enemy just now Lord, and I claim your promises for them Lord in Jesus Mighty
name. amen.

A letter from me to all of YOU!
To everyone here,
Depression is not an illness as the
world may have you to believe. It is a spiritual attack from a demon or demon(s)
of depression. (In fact ALL illnesses are spiritual attacks against the
body, or the mind, because satan's three assignments, the Word of God tells us
is to KILL, STEAL and DESTROY. These are merely the weapons of his choice. but
read Isaiah the 53rd chapter Jesus took all authority over these and gave it to
us) These devils are sent on assignment of the enemy. And you don't have to be a
Christian to be attacked either, but you can bet that you are a bigger target
because you are a Christian.
If you think about depression, and
the crippling affect it has on an individual, and then apply that to the goal of
the enemy, it becomes increasingly clear as to why this is one of His best
weapons, next to deceit. Think about it....if a Christian is depressed they are
not going to tell anyone about Jesus for one...because they know the Truth of
the Bible, and the Bible says not only is Jesus the Prince of Peace, but his
Word says that He will give us Joy and that He came to give us Life and give us
Life abundantly, His Word says that He has given us the victory...and when you
are depressed, you will sound like a hypocrite, and make a mockery of the Word
of God, because we know that our lives are living testimonies... (or supposed to
be) So a quiet Christian is a good Christian in satan's eyes.
Secondly, when you are depressed,
chances are high that you will not pray against the enemy, by yourself or
corporately, so satan knows he can count you out! (You're no threat to him and
his kingdom) Thirdly, you sure aren't going to walk around the house or drive
down the road, giving praises to the Lord, so satan can rest, and not have to
listen to that.(see he hates when we praise and worship our Lord, for many
reasons. The one at the top of the list is that , Praise and Worship used to be
his job!)
The last thing He wants is for any
of us to tell anyone about Jesus, because getting people saved is NOT his
mission....His mission is to take as many to hell with him as possible.
Just to point out a fact, people in
full time ministry, especially if they are in the Praise and Worship team are
Satan's number 1 targets. Those in the Praise and Worship Ministry are in the
front lines. It is so important not only to pray and pray very often, and spend
time with the Lord, just you and Him....it is also important to know HOW pray.
Many people don't know how to pray, and in the book of James, it tells us that
the EFFECTUAL, FERVENT Prayer of a RIGHTEOUS man Avails much. The Word of God
also tells us that we have been given dominion over everything in and on the
earth. We possess POWER, that many do not understand. And we do NOT have to
receive illnesses to our body. We do NOT have to die of Cancer, we do not have
to have diabetes, or hypoglycemia, or any other blood disorder, or any other
thing. Jesus is the name above ALL names, and the Blood of Jesus is like an axe
laid to the root of anything that is not of God. The Word says so. We have to
walk in the Light of the Word. One of the things the Bible says is one of the
reasons that we die premature deaths is " My people perish for lack of
knowledge" Hosea 4:6
Many don't know half of what the
Bible says, and if they do know it, they don't know how to use it. We have to
speak it into our lives. How did God create the Earth? He SPOKE it into
existence, right? There is POWER in God's Word, and we have to learn to wield
it. I am a living testimony that it works, and that is why I come here and share
these truths. There is so much to teach you and share with you, but it is
impossible to share it all in this post, and that is why I am willing to have an
online Bible study, to teach you not only the Word, but how to use it, and how
to get the victory over satan and all of his wiles, that has been promised to
you in God's Word. I am on eastern Standard time, I am thinking that I should be
able to do this class online, on Monday evenings at 9:00pm Eastern time, which
would make it 6pm in California, which may make it possible for everyone who
wants to, to come.
If you are serious about
getting the victory, and walking in the fullness of your Christianity, and stop
walking around feeling like a hypocrite, and living a defeated life, and making
God's Word out to be a lie, (which is basically what we are doing when we live
contrare to what His Word says belongs to us) If you are tired of letting satan
think that he has the dominion, that God says belongs to you, then please email
me and sign up for the class. I'll even start them tomorrow, if enough people

I have lived 50 years in this curse and
I think the Bible is nothing but lies. For 50 years I have prayed in vain to a
"spirit" in the Bible that deceived, lied and forsaken. I accepted Jesus into my
life and my life got worse. Tell me how much I have to pay to pat robertson to
have me saved and not POOR.When I see the day that my LUCK isn't BAD, I will be
the first one on line into the closest church I can find to praise and worship
HIM.

Greetings in the name of the Lord,
Jesus Christ. I can understand what you are saying, and I had to laugh a bit
when you said that your life got worse after you received Jesus into your heart
and life, because, that is the case with most of us, and in fact I really crack
up to hear my husband's testimony, because his life was "great" before he got
saved, (or so he thought, anyway) but after he got saved, is when all of his
problems started! And when he says that, he says it in a joking manner, to make
people laugh, but the reason they laugh is because they know first hand, what he
is talking about, because you see RW, there is a devil, his name is Satan, and
you better believe that he was very angry when you got saved, and you didn't
think he was going to let you go that easy, did you?You better believe that he
wants you back! And let me tell you something, God never has never forsaken you.
You turned your back on Him Him! YOU are the one who has turned your back on
your Lord and Savior. YOU are the one who chose to believe the lies of the
enemy, and not put your Trust in the Word of the Lord. YOU are the one who
hardened your heart against the ONE who gave His life and paid the price for the
redemption of your sins, so that YOU wouldn't have to! When times got tough, YOU
stiffened YOUR neck and walked in REBELLION, against your Heavenly Father,
instead of turning to Him, and letting Him carry your burden as He said He
would. You broke fellowship with Him, and did not have faith in Him. You did not
claim the promises in His Word for yourself. Maybe, you believed them, but you
believed them for Jim, Bob, Sue and Mary, but you didn't believe them for RW.
You believed that God would do all
He said He would, but that He wouldn't do it for you? Why? because you believed
the enemy, when He told you that you were not worthy! But that is a LIE! and
that is one of his favorite lies to tell the Children of God! But you know what
RW? You ARE WORTHY, and not because of you, or anything that you did or do, but
you were made Worthy, by the blood of the lamb that was slain! He makes us
worthy, and nothing else. Let's face it, if we are not worthy to be saved, yet
God loved us so much that He sent His only begotten Son, He who knew NO SIN, to
be made sin for us, and pay the price, so that we could be made free, and be
reconciled to the Father, if we, being unworthy, can receive Salvation, by God's
Grace, through Faith, then why wouldn't we be entitled to every other single
promise that God made to us in His Word, Right?
You have to claim it! You have to
spend time with the Holy Ghost, in your private place, alone, and as you spend
time with Him, being open with Him, and honest with Him, He is going to show you
all Truth, and He is going to tell you secrets, and He is going to tell you of
things to come. But you have to spend time with Him, and you must renew your
mind, by the washing of the water of the Word. You have to stay in God's Word,
that way, when the enemy speaks to you in his subtle, deceiving ways, you will
know IMMEDIATELY, that it is not GOD talking to you, but Satan! RW, there is
good news though, you know....God understands that you have thought these
thoughts and said these things without meaning to...no one Discipled you, and
taught you. You were not taught HOW to pray, and HOW to pray EFFECTIVELY. I have
been thERE know what it i s like.
But RW, God is waiting for
you, to turn your heart toward Him, and to let Him heal you of your hurts. He
wants to forgive you, for all that you have been saying and thinking and feeling
toward Him. God is not a man that He should lie, and every Word that proceeds
from the mouth of God is Truth. Anything that does not align with His Word is a
lie. And you just need to be taught how to use God's Word, and how to apply it
to your life, and how to bring forth the promises of God's Word into your life
and make them a reality for you. You are not going to get it by sending money to
Pat Robertson or any other Ministry, (although it is great that you sow seeds
into the Kingdom), You can't buy God's Love or His promises and gifts.But you
have to grow your relationship with God, just like the rest of us...you can't
"buy" it. It takes time and commitment, just like any other good thing in life.
Just think about any best friend you have ever had.... how did you become best
friends? You spent a lot of time together right?
Well, it is the same with God.
We cannot have a relationship with Him, if we never even spent any time getting
to know Him, can we? Of course not. God is Spirit, yes...but God is a PERSON.
The Holy Spirit is a PERSON. He really really is, and you will find out what a
wonderful relationship you have been missing, when you do spend that time, and
He reveals Himself to you, in a way that you have never known Him, and RW, when
you do....you will never ever let Him go....I promise you.If you would like me
to pray with you, to ask God to forgive you, and to renew a right spirit within
you, and to cleanse you and bring you back to Himself...I will be happy to
RW...God wants you to come on home...you come home Prodigal Son. Also, I be
happy to "Disciple" you.....I will send you lessons and things that you can do,
and I will talk to you, and answer questions and help you find a Church Body, so
that you can start getting fed regularly, and I'll teach you how to pray
effectively, and how to use God's Word, and how to fight the enemy. okay? Please

What do you do when you have lost all
that means anything to you. When your marriage has fallen apart, when your wife
has left you six times and filled for divorce three times and then pulled you
back in using your son to do so. With each time that your forced away from your
family because your wife has some kind of problem. When she uses the system
against you that was created to protect. Knowing how to push you into an
argument and then using it as a reason to leave. Then is granted a restraining
order by the courts to protect her when you haven't laid a hand on her but the
contrare like a day after knee surgery she wants you to clean up the bathroom
and when you say no she picks up your crutch and starts hitting you with it.
When she causes an argument and then hits you in the mouth and makes it bleed.
Each time taking a little away form you. Going from a manager in a large grocery
store on his way up to the long list of the unemployed. After calling you at
work and telling you that she is back in the house and if you come back up to it
she will have you thrown in jail and you excuses making at the place you work is
getting a little old and your creditably is ruined. And for some reason you cant
get a job going from making $29,000.00 + 5,000.00 a year bonus to not a dime.
After you have had back surgery and knee and shoulder surgery there is not a lot
of positions that you could do. When you have your three year old son and he is
watching tv and sees toys and says daddy will you buy that for me please. When
your living in a garage that now has carpet on the floor and a gas heater and
wood shelf with a mattress on it as a bed and your computer and a car that is
about to be repossessed. I've prayed for something to happen not for money or a
miracle but for God to do what he thinks is best and if what is going on is what

My heart broke, as I read your
letter........and all I could do as I read it, was 1) weep 2) wish that you had
written before and 3) ask God for the wisdom, and the words that He would have
me to speak to you. And one thing that I felt in my spirit, was that God wants
you to know that these things are NOT His will for your life. God wants you to
start praying according to what IS His will. And we can know that by finding it
in the Word, according to every situation. God has given us His written Will,
and we can bring Him to remembrance of His Words, and He will honor them. It
sounds to me as though the "thief" has been to your house. and you know who the
thief is, right? It looks as though, the thief has stolen ALL that you have. But
you can get it all back, and seven times, what you had, according to the Word of
God, now that you have identified the thief, and he is caught. I am not telling
you that this will be an easy road Robert, because it won't. You have to be
diligent. You are now in the fire, and it is a hard place to be, and at times
you may think that you are going to die, if God doesn't get you out of that
fire, and soon! But you won't. God never promised that He would keep us from the
fires, but He has promised to take us THROUGH the fires! Praise God! That is
good news! I have been in several fires. And through each one, as I arrived on
the other side, I came out better than when I went in. Much to satan's dismay!
hahaha Just like fired clay. One thing you must know, is that just like
Shadrack, Meshak , and Abednego, the Lord was with them in the Fire, and the
Lord is also with you, and He didn't keep them in there, He took them THROUGH.
God always takes what the devil means for evil, and turns it into something
good! So, yes, right now things are definitely not good, and satan's goal is to
destroy you. But you are not going to let him have his way, you are going to
begin to stand on God's Word, starting with announcing that the thief has been
caught, and claiming the seven fold return that is due to you, according to
God's Word....I have been searching for the Scripture reference for you, but I
don't think satan wants you to know that, and I am having trouble finding it.
But trust me, it is in the Word, and if you will claim it and stand on it, and
thereafter, keep thanking God daily for it, you shall have it. Also, know that
it is not God's Will that there be all of this contention between your wife and
yourself, and this violence that is coming from her, is a spirit. It is a spirit
of anger, and a murderous spirit. You have to bind those spirits from operating.
You bind them by simply stating it, in the name of Jesus. For instance, " I bind
you spirits of anger, and you murderous spirits, and spirits of rebellion, and I
cease your operation in ________(state her name) and I forbid you speak to
_______any longer, in Jesus name. and In Jesus' name, I loose the spirits of
unity, peace and love, and I loose the spirit of Joy, and the spirit of
obedience, and submission in Jesus name, to_____(your wife's name) (You can
loose those spirits of joy, peace etc...TO______(your wife) or you may bind them
to her. If you bind the good spirits to her, then loose the bad ones from her,
loose them from their assignments. The opposite is true, if you are binding the
bad ones from operating, then loose the good ones to operate.)You have a
computer, Praise God, so if you don't have a Bible concordance, you will find a
couple on Our Father's page. and if you don't have a Bible handy, there is also
an online Bible on Our Father's Page, you have the link.Start looking up the
Scriptures that pertain to your life, and see what God has promised and start
speaking it into your life. Ask God once, according to what you read, and after
that, just thank Him for it as if you have it, until it comes to pass, because
if you ASK Him for it everyday..... every time you ask after the first time, is
prayer in doubt (because if we believe that God keeps His Word and we have asked
for something according to His Word, then there is no reason to keep asking for
it, we should just simply thank Him for it, knowing that He will keep His Word.)
Jesus said that if we ask anything in His name, according to His Word,
BELIEVING, that it shall be done unto us.) So ask once, and then thank Him for
it, everyday, or several times a day, according to how often you think of it.For
instance let's say that you have reading the Word, that God hates divorce(which
is true) and so then you know it is NOT God's will that you get a divorce, and
it is His will that you are reconciled, and your marriage is restored... your
Prayer would be something like this..." Lord God, I know that you hate divorce,
you said so, in your Word. Father, I don't want a divorce either, but as you
know Lord, my marriage cannot prosper this way. Some profound changes have to be
made Lord. I know that it is in my power as the head of my house to bind those
devils, by the authority given to my through Jesus, and that by His name, they
must obey. And it is up to me to plead a hedge of protection around my home, and
my family, by the blood of Jesus, And I will be diligent to do that Lord. And
Father, I am asking you to show me how to delegate my authority. I ask you Lord,
to change my wife's heart toward me Lord. Father, I also want to take this
moment to give to you any and all unforgiveness that I hold against her Father,
according to your Will. I loose her from the bonds of my unforgiveness Lord. And
Father, I ask Lord that you would send your Holy Spirit to convict my wife's
heart Lord. That she would let me loose of the bonds of her unforgiveness, and
that you would re-ignite the flame in her heart for me, and that you would
re-ignite the flame in my heart toward her Lord. Father, I thank you that as I
have prayed according to your will for my life, that you are faithful to answer
my prayer Lord, because I have believed that you are not a man that you should
lie, according to your word, and your Word is Truth Lord, and I can depend on
every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Lord I thank you that your Word
says that you will take me through the Fire Lord. That you are my deliverer. You
will deliver me from the snare of the fowler. That you will make my enemies, my
footstool Lord. That all of those that oppress me, will live to see you exalt me
Lord. They will all see you lift me up Lord. And you will receive the honor and
the glory Father. They see me in this garage Lord God, and to the world it looks
like I have been defeated, but Lord, you have promised to exalt He who is
humble. And Father, I am humble in your presence Lord. I will not give a proud
look, as your Word says that you hate a proud look. I will not allow pride to
rise up. I will remain a humble servant Lord, looking to you for all of my
answers, and you will lead me in the way everlasting Father. Because you love
your children Lord, and your will is to prosper your children. So Father, I
claim my inheritance that you have promised me Lord. I will be a faithful
servant of the Lord, and you will be faithful to uphold me Lord. I am like
Daniel in the den of lions, and they seek to devour me, but as with Daniel, you
will deliver me oh God, and I praise you. Lord, I thank you, and I know that you
have heard my prayer. I thank you Lord that you are already moving on my behalf
according to my prayer that I have prayed according to your Word. I thank you
Lord that you have given me in the spiritual realm all that I have asked for,
and I thank you Lord that soon, I will see all that I have asked for come to
pass, in the natural realm. Father I thank you, and I love you Lord, and I pray
all of these things in the precious name of your dear Son, Jesus Christ. Amen."
Wow, Robert, the Holy Ghost took over that prayer....I did not write that! My
hands were used, but those were not my words. Praise God. Well , Robert, I have
a busy day ahead of me, and I must go....but I am here for you, and as your
sister in Christ, I covenant with you right now, to exhort you, and to encourage
you, and to be here when you need any support or help. Fight the good fight of
faith Robert, and Lean not to your own understanding, and what ever you do, do
not dwell on the circumstances that you can see with your eyes. Satan will throw
up smoke screens , to hide your true blessings, and try to keep you from seeing
your promises realized. Things will probably get worse before they get better,
because satan will not be pleased that you are taking a stand, so he will be
searching for a crack, in your soul by which to enter. Give no place to the
devil! Make sure you get on your armor of God daily( Ephesians 6:11-17) and make
sure you have good fellowship with the Lord daily, so that you will be
strengthened. and definitely to not forget to bind and loose the spirits!
God's Word has not failed any

devil and his demons to loose you now in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth!
Give God praise and honor ( the devil hates that! It makes him cringe and stop

Dear Valerie,
I thank you from the bottom of my
heart for everything you've done for me. Its just so relieving in some way that
they're people out there who really care about someone they don't know. But then
i think that people like you, don't deserve this world and i wish you speed in
God's return, and it makes me depressed all over again. Talking with my mother,
i found some more information about my depression. It was not her and my fathers
breaking apart that triggered my frustration with living. It seems that it has
always been there. She reminded me of some repressed thoughts and memories that
i had when i was a toddler. I tried killing myself when I was 4 years old by
hanging. When i was 5, my brother wrestled me down and took a gun from my hands
that i was pointing to my head. It seems like there might be a whole history of
depression on my mothers side (my fathers side has a history of alcoholism,
where can I win? lol). It might date back to the raping of my great x3
grandmother by her master. I don't know if depression is hereditary, but it
seems like in my case, it is. When talking about me testing my faith in God(when
i was 15), all of my problems got worse. Everything i was having trouble with,
intensified! But after a month of dealing with all the pressure and pain, i
promised myself never to stray again and that's when everything in my life that
was causing problems, for some reason cleared up in a day. I knew it wasn't a
coincidence. That's when I started believing that Jesus was really my Savior
from all the evil in the world. That's why I said in my first message that my
faith in Him is eternal. But you have reminded me of how I should handle my
problems. I forgot all about the "rebuking of satan". The truth is that my faith
in God has gotten stronger over the years, but my practice in any religion has
dwindled. I share my feelings and different thoughts and teachings, that the
Bible has said, with other Christians regardless of what denomination. I am a
firm believer in the Word, but not a firm believer in a church organization. My
mother's friend, who is very strong in the Word, is catholic. And i asked her if
she believed in the Word to a tee, then why does she practice in a catholic
belief. Her response was a good one: "Anything left in human hands is bound to
become corrupt." I agree with that statement. But, please, i would rather not
talk about the reasons why I don't belong to a religious organization(save it
for a later discussion). This paragraph was just an explanation of why I slowed
down practicing (not an excuse). I use to walk around and try to figure out all
the problem of the world and how the world operates. Until my best friend,
Chinna, had a boyfriend that she was dating for approx. 2 yrs. She was in love
when she thought she'd never love any man again. And then he was murdered. It
wouldn't have been so hard, but that was her third boyfriend that was murdered.
She feels scared every time she loves someone, because she thinks they might end
up dead. She needs a therapist better than i do, lol. But traveling with her
through all of the deaths, and being her shoulder to cry on, it makes me just
wonder how cruel this world can be. Everything happens for a reason, and I use
to try and figure out the reasons. After that, I stopped worrying about the
answers, because I may never find them. I live my life, and between, I try to
find happiness. I have an eternal Joy from Jesus, but sometimes it gets stuck
and lost in my heart. You made me journey to find my Joy again. And I thank you

denomination. I have been down the road of denominations, and found all kinds of
man made ideas sewn in and beliefs that were not Biblically founded.So I decided
to be grounded in the Word, and let a church I attend prove themselves, by the
Word. I attend a non-denominational church called Word of Life Christian
Ministries. I have just recently added a link on my website. I am glad that God
planted me there. I have grown so much and the best part is, that it is a
Christ- centered, Bible grounded church. Look in the yellow pages under
Non-denominational churches. Also Assembly of God churches are very good, and
pentecostal churches. All of these, I have found to be grounded in the Word, and
have no "man" teachings. But whatever you do, get yourself planted in a body of
believers, that are teaching the Gospel. The whole Gospel!Now, about that
hereditary depression. YES it IS hereditary. But it is not hereditary
depression, it is a hereditary demon of depression. You have authority over this
demon. No it does NOT mean you are possessed. But it does mean it is a spirit of
influence, over your life, and it is up to you to make it GO, in Jesus Mighty
Name!Bind and loose. Bind that spirit of depression, and loose the spirit of
Joy! Just speak it, " I bind you, spirit of depression, and I command you do
decease now in Jesus Name! and I loose the spirit of Joy upon me now, in Jesus
name, I will walk in the fullness of the Joy of the Lord, for the Joy of the
Lord, is my strength" (And when you pray to God, ask Him to show you what the
Joy of the Lord is)But keep speaking it, anyway, even if you have not
experienced the Joy of the Lord, because you will be speaking it into your life,
just as God said "let there be light" and there was! We are made in His image,
so we can speak good things into our lives, and they shall come to pass,
according to His will and purpose! And we know that is His will!As you know, the
devil has counterfeits of every good gift of God. Witchcraft is also a
counterfeit to the power Jesus has given us, to wield against the devil.By
binding and losing, and by breaking the power of the enemy (by simply saying, "I
break your power over me, satan in Jesus name") We are doing the same thing as
when satan's people are speaking bad things into our lives. The difference is
that we are being empowered by God, and they are empowered by satan. When we
give commands to Satan and the workers of darkness, in Jesus' Name, immediately
God sends His angels to our side. When trouble strikes us, and we choose to
submit ourselves to God, angels immediately are charged to come by our side and
minister into our ears. Just like when Jesus was tempted of the devil. When He
resisted the devil ,the angels cam to Him, and ministered to Him. Praise the
Lord!

you asked...first of all I would like to
explain to you the difference between "religion" and a personal relationship
with Jesus Christ. Religion is following a set of instructions some of which may
come from the Bible , others from man, some only from man...but they don't have
a relationship with the Living God, and they don't know Christ. I have a
personal relationship with Christ, those that obey His Word and follow after
Him, they are the sons of God, God says that if any man seeks me he shall surely
find me.....that means that if you seek to know God, sincerely , with all of
your heart, He will manifest Himself to you. God is a God of Truth, He honors
those who are after the Truth. So a personal decision that you have to make is
whether or not you are honestly doubting Him or dishonestly doubting Him . There
are only two ways you can doubt Him. An Honest doubter doesn't know, but he
wants to know. A dishonest doubter doesn't know because he doesn't want to
know....he can't find God for the very same reason that a thief can't find a
policeman...understand? I cannot speak for all of the so-called
Christians....but the ones whom you say are practicing homosexuality, or other
sexual perversions [which is what I believe you are referring to when you bring
up the book of Leviticus, because that is the book that God lets us know that
sexual perversion of any kind is an abomination unto Him] but so-called
Christians that are "practicing" any sin ..are not Christians, they are fooling
themselves.... That doesn't mean that when you become a Christian, you never sin
anymore, but it does mean that you choose not to practice any sinful habits. You
do say goodbye to your old life. Because a new spirit is birthed in you and your
desires change and you want to be obedient to God , because you come to know Him
and Love Him. When you receive Christ as your Savior, The Word tells us that you
become a NEW CREATURE, old things are passed away, behold all things become
new." So if one still is ,what he was, then he is not". (quote not original)
The Bible tells us that in order to get to Heaven " Ye must be born again" which
is being "Born of the Spirit" [the Spirit of God] which is what happens when you
receive Christ as your Savior and Lord. Many people have Christ as their Savior,
but have not made Him Lord of their life, (if that were possible) and that is
why you see, unfortunately the bad testimonies out there of what a Christian is
supposed to be like. And I apologize on behalf of those that have steered you
down the path of hell, because of their bad examples.. Jesus says that we don't
have to go around telling people we are Christians..the Word says , That you
will be known by your fruit. In other words, how you talk , live ,act...your
lives are a testimony of Him , if you are one of His. Now as far as being evil,
we are all born evil, because we are born under the original sin of Adam and
Eve. This is why we need a Savior, because God is Holy and He cannot abide with
sin, but He desires to have fellowship with us, that is why He created us in the
first place..and that is why He sacrificed His only begotten Son, Jesus, that
whosoever believes in Him shall not perish , but Have everlasting life. And God
tells us there is Satan, so we already know he exists... to not believe in him,
doesn't make him go away..he is real... if you don't find him to be bothersome
in your life, it is because, he has you already in his grasp. The Word of God
tells us that there is only one Way to Heaven, and those that don't go to
Heaven, are going to Hell...there is no in between. According to the Word of
God, you are dead already, spiritually, if you do not have everlasting life that
can only be obtained through the blood of Jesus, that He shed on the Cross , He
who knew no sin....for you and for me. Jesus said , I am the Way, the Truth and
the Life...No man comes to the Father, but by me" and the Word of God says that
"only a fool says in his heart, there is no God." God says, "there is a way that
seems right to a man, but in the end leads to death" God also says, Deuteronomy
30:19-20 " I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have
set before you Life and Death , Blessing and Cursing: therefore CHOOSE LIFE,
that both you and your seed (your children) may live: That you may love the Lord
your God, and that you may obey His voice, and that you may cleave unto Him: For
He is your LIFE, and the length of your days. And just for your own personal
knowledge, any so-called religion that is not of God, is of Satan...because it
is Anti-Christ...the Word of God tells us that there is only two sources of
power on this earth.....one is the Almighty God and the other is Satan. I hope
that this enlightens you to some of the misunderstandings that you have
encountered, and I pray that this will cause a desire to search out more Truth
for yourself. God says that it is not His will that any should perish, and go to
hell, but that still many will because of their unwillingness to to find out.
That reminds me of a true story...I wish I knew the name of the Book He wrote..I
will see if I can get ahold of the Title for you....but This man, set out to
prove that God wasn't real , and that Christ wasn't real...and write a book
about it and He just wanted to shut Christians up , once and for all, about
their Jesus...well, during his quest to prove that God wasn't real...(because he
was seeking what he believed to be the Truth) God manifested Himself to that
man, and not only did he not write a book that would disprove that there was a
God, but He gave his life to the Lord, and wrote a book about how God is real!!
Isn't that incredible? God is so good!!! Also, on my Homepage there is a couple
of online Bible concordances ...actually I believe one has moved but they
haven't given their new address yet...so use the "Are you Searching for
Something " link. Any subject that you want to know what God says about, type in
the Word or words and every Scripture that pertains to that will come up, and it

I just don't get how Christians are absolutely sure,
that he is "THE" God. I was following the Christian religion, for a long time,
and just stopped last year. The reasons why are, I've got a lot of gay friends,
and i don't want to sit there, listening to a preacher tell me that they are
going to burn in hell, for the way they were born. It's just not right. But the
bible also says, no sin is unforgivable. If that is so, why do they have to burn
in hell? And they've got some of the most wierdest rules like, "don't wear
clothing weaved of 2 different kinds of material" " Do not plant your field with
two kinds of seed" "No eating of (animal) Fat or any kind of Blood" and the
whole "clean and unclean" food. and the "discharges causing uncleaness" is all
just poppycock to me. I'm not going to convert back to Christianity, until I
completely understand, every little thing. One thing that completely made me
think was Leviticus 9:14 -- "Do not curse the deaf or put a stumbling block in
front of the blind, but 'FEAR' your God. I am the Lord" ---Why shall we fear our
God? Shouldn't we be able to go thru life, not fearing him, or every action we

Once again, to know God,
having a personal relationship is how you know that His Word is True.... and
that HE IS GOD and no sin is unforgivable EXCEPT the ones unrepented for, and of
course, Blasphemy. Repentance does not mean that you are sorry..... Repentance
is much more than that...it means that you wish to turn from your sinful ways,
never to return to them...and people that are gay, are NOT BORN THAT WAY..that
is a fallacy. To say they are created that way is to say that God created that
which is abominable to him...and of course we know that God is not an author of
Confusion..the devil is. God does not say one thing and do another...satan does
and man does. Also, satan looks to pervert all of the gifts of God. sex is a
gift of God for MARRIAGE. Satan perverts God's sexual gift alone, in so many
ways......( I had to omit the ways from this page as I have some young readers)
and as far as clothing weaved of two different cloth , that is a parable, it is
not talking about clothes..it is talking about mixing good and bad and expecting
good to come from it....same with the two different kinds of seeds in a
field....it means the same thing. And the laws of the old testament, animal fat,
or blood and the unclean meat, which was sacrificed to God for the atonement of
sins..when was the last time we sacrificed an animal for atonement of our sins?
The answer is we don't have to any more..Jesus paid the ultimate price...He shed
His blood for all mankind, and as Christians, we are not under the law of the
old testament. Since the crucifixion of Christ, we are under Grace through the
blood of Jesus. And the "Fear" of God is not the trembling fear that you speak
of......(not that we wouldn't tremble in His presence , because HE IS MIGHTY)
but, God is a loving Father....."Fear of God" means a healthy respect of one who
has the power of your life in His hands. It doesn't mean that you have to
tremble every time you stumble....the throne of Grace, is where you go when you
sin, and ask forgiveness..., you sit in the mercy seat and be washed in the
Blood of the lamb, (Jesus Christ), that you will be Holy and acceptable unto the
Lord. God says that if you are faithful to confess your sins to Him , that He is
Faithful and Just to forgive them.... God can destroy us, with one Word...He
deserves our Respect...we are nothing without Him. But the fact that He doesn't
wish to destroy us, is what makes Him easy to Love. His Will is that none
perish......many will, because of the choices that THEY make......not because of
God. Take you for example.....you are stomping your feet, saying, "I'm not
going to convert back to Christianity, until I completely understand, every
little thing.. " You have hardened your heart against God.... for the things
which you do not understand....when you should be drawing closer to Him , and
ask Him to give you understanding. God says if any of us lack wisdom, to ask Him
for it and He will give it to us. And the sad thing is, that if you die, without
Christ, today, tomorrow or next week...you will have to Go to hell, and not
because of God, but because of yourself...like I said in the previous
letter...God says that He puts before us choices...Life and Death.....CHOOSE
LIFE He said, that YOU MAY LIVE.....does that sound like He wishes for any of us
to go to hell? He most certainly does not...He loves you K...and He has so many
wonderful things to teach you.....you need to repent of your hardened heart and
rededicate your life to Christ today......don't wait until tomorrow.......it may

First of all, I would like to address that confusion
is, 'Of the Devil,' (as stated in God' Word) and that is why there is so many
opposing opinions on this subject.. Satan would love for us to be confused on
the matter because of the Power, that is ours through the gifts of the Holy
Spirit. You didn't mention in your letter as to which part of "tongues" you are
confused about, so I will give you as brief an explanation as I can , and try to
cover all of the aspects of the Gift. To understand the Gift of Tongues...you
will want to read, 1Corinthians Chapter 14. (yes...the whole chapter : ) )
A
brief summary would be to tell you that, (A) The utterance given by the Holy
Spirit in the form of an unknown tongue is the outward sign that one has
received the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:4 ). Tongues is used by the Holy Spirit for
several purposes. (B) is used in Prophesy when receiving a Word from Heaven in a
Church Body... and there will be an Interpretation thereof. If one speaks out in
tongues, and there is no interpretation.....it is not permitted, The Bible says
in 1 Corinthians14: 27, " If any man speaks in an unknown tongue, let it be by
two , or at most three , and that by course; (in other words ..taking turns) and
let one interpret. " But that does not apply to the Body of Christ praying
together, "In the Spirit" or Singing Praise "in the Spirit" or "In Tongues" that
is permissible of course as long as all are in unity.....(in other words, not

themselves) (C) Tongues is also given to us as a "Prayer Language" it is the
"Perfect prayer" The Holy Spirit can never "not know what to pray" so even if
we don't understand what He is saying through our Language...we can be Sure
that it is Perfect. although we should pray for the gift of Interpretation also
because, " if I pray with an unknown tongue, my spirit prays, but my
understanding is unfruitful" 1 Corinthians 14:14. D) praying in Tongues edifies
your spirit. Tongues is a Heavenly language....the language of Angels. See 1
Corinthians 13:1. Satan cannot understand what you pray in tongues, He is no
longer an Angel. That is another benefit!
Also 1Corinthians 14:22 says"
Wherefore, tongues are for a sign, not to them that Believe, but to them that
believe not: but Prophesying serves not for them that believe not, but for them
that believe." also ...(E) a different form of " Tongues" was made manifest in
the Apostles when they were sent to other Countries that spoke languages unknown
to them...but the Holy Spirit gave them utterance in the Language of that
Country as they Spread the Gospel...and they spoke the native Language to those
people!! That is called "Divers Tongues"
1 Corinthians 12:10. that is
pronounced "diverse" by the way......

Tongues for you...... after reading the 14th Chapter of Corinthians, and the
